Returns/Exchanges

At SYK, we want our customers to have a positive experience. It is a major priority that we operate in a manner that satisfies our customers. We hope you love every purchase from SYK Boutique but if for some reason that is not the case, we will do our best to care for our customer's needs. A way to help in this process is we ask that you check over your purchase as soon as you receive it. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order (product doesn't fit the way you hoped, received wrong item(s), or you feel you received a damaged or defected item(s)), please contact us immediately at customerservice@shopsykboutique.com. We will absolutely make it right!

In addition, we have implemented a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return to receive a full refund to your original payment method. After 7 days, we will not be able to accept your return request. 

Any products purchased from the "Final Sale" category and/or during any promotional sales are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unwashed, unworn, free from perfumes, makeup, deodorant stainswith tags, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase


To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@shopsykboutique.com. Within the email you must include the following:

  • "Return" in the subject line
  • Order Number
  • First & Last Name
  • Reason for Return

Please allow 24-48 hours for return processing. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. SYK is not responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.  


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund, like hats and dog tees. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Dog tees from our dog tee collection our available for exchange only. For example, if you ordered a medium, but feel you need a large, we will gladly exchange your item. Shirts must be unworn, unwashedfree from perfumesmakeupdeodorant stainsand with original tags attached. To complete an exchange, follow the same procedure as a return, but specify exchange in your email. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@shopsykboutique.com.

All sales are final and SYK will not accept exchanges or returns.
