How do I place an order?
- To place an order, add the item to your cart. To purchase the item(s), click checkout and begin the checkout process. Once you have completed this step, you will receive a confirmation email and we will begin putting your order together!
Do you offer special delivery options for local customers in Bakersfield?
- Yes, we do! We offer FREE local delivery for select zip codes (93309, 93311, 93312, 93313, & 93314). To take advantage of this feature, choose local delivery during the checkout process and we will get your items to you ASAP! Your order will be placed near your door and you will receive photo confirmation via email or Instagram message!
I live in one of the above zip codes, but I do not see local delivery as an option?
- To take advantage of this feature, you must place your order directly through our website. Unfortunately, Facebook and Instagram's platforms do not support a local delivery option at this time. Therefore, please use our website so you can save money on shipping!
Are there any care instructions I should be aware of when purchasing your clothes?
- Yes! Please refer to individual garment's care instructions when washing or drying. For graphics, we recommend washing them inside out, on a delicate cycle in cold water. When done washing, hang dry them.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
- Yes! You can purchase a gift card by clicking on Gift Cards under the Quick Links page on the bottom of our website.
What is a digital Gift Card?
- A digital gift card is emailed to the address associated with the order soon after the order is placed, pending payment approval. No physical gift card will be shipped. Digital gift cards can only be used on www.shopsykboutique.com
